How to delete your FruityDate account and request removal of associated data.

Delete your account

You can delete your FruityDate account at any time. Here is what gets removed and how to start the process.

🗑️ What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, photos, bio, preferences, location)
  • All conversations, matches, likes and super-likes
  • Your email address (anonymised within 24 h, fully purged within 30 days)
  • Personally identifying parts of your payment history (transaction records may be retained in aggregated form for tax / fraud-prevention purposes as required by law)
  • Push tokens and email subscription state

📱 Easiest way — delete from the app

If you can still sign in to your account, you can delete it instantly:

  1. Sign in at FruityDate
  2. Open Profile → Settings
  3. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page

✉️ Can’t sign in? Request deletion by email

If you have lost access to your account, fill in the form below. We will verify your identity by replying to your email and then delete the account on your behalf within 30 days.

We will only use the email you provide to verify the request and complete the deletion. We will not subscribe you to anything or share it with third parties.

⏱️ How long does it take?

  • Account deactivated immediately (you cannot sign in any more, profile is hidden from discovery)
  • Email anonymised within 24 hours
  • Full purge from primary databases within 30 days
  • Backups overwritten within 90 days
