Child Safety Standards
FruityDate maintains a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page declares our standards and how to report concerns.

Prohibition. FruityDate strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on its platform, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming or sexual solicitation of minors; distribution, promotion or facilitation of CSAM; impersonation of a minor; and any sexualised content involving anyone under 18 years of age.
Age restriction. Accounts are restricted to users aged 18 and older. Registration with a self-declared birth date under 18 is automatically blocked. Where our systems flag a profile as potentially under 18 we require documented age verification before the account may proceed.
How to report. Every user can report a profile, photo, or message inside the app — open the offending profile and tap the Report → Child sexual abuse or exploitation option. Reports are routed immediately to a queue dedicated to CSAE review and an evidence snapshot is preserved for law enforcement.
External contact. You can also reach our child-safety team directly at childsafety@luvu.plus — monitored continuously, with a target response of 24 hours.
Law enforcement reporting. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant national hotline. In the United States we file with the NCMEC CyberTipline. UK users may also report to IWF; elsewhere in the world the INHOPE network coordinates local hotlines.
Enforcement. Accounts found to violate this policy are permanently banned, all associated content is preserved as forensic evidence, and law enforcement is contacted where applicable. We cooperate fully with valid legal process.

Verbot. FruityDate verbietet sämtliche Formen von sexuellem Missbrauch und Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE) auf seiner Plattform. Dazu zählen unter anderem: Darstellungen sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern (CSAM); Anbahnung sexueller Kontakte zu Minderjährigen (Grooming); Verbreitung, Förderung oder Erleichterung von CSAM; das Vortäuschen, minderjährig zu sein; und jegliche sexualisierten Inhalte mit Personen unter 18 Jahren.
Altersbeschränkung. Die Nutzung ist auf Personen ab 18 Jahren beschränkt. Eine Registrierung mit einem selbst angegebenen Geburtsdatum unter 18 wird automatisch blockiert. Wenn unsere Systeme ein Profil als möglicherweise minderjährig kennzeichnen, ist eine dokumentierte Altersverifizierung erforderlich, bevor das Konto fortgeführt werden darf.
Meldewege. Jede Person kann ein Profil, ein Foto oder eine Nachricht direkt in der App melden — öffne das betreffende Profil und tippe auf Melden → Sexueller Missbrauch oder Ausbeutung von Kindern. Die Meldung gelangt unverzüglich in eine gesonderte CSAE-Warteschlange und ein Beweissicherungs-Schnappschuss wird für die Strafverfolgung aufbewahrt.

Meldung an Strafverfolgungsbehörden. Bestätigte CSAM-Inhalte melden wir an die zuständige nationale Meldestelle. In Deutschland und der EU arbeiten wir mit den im INHOPE- Netzwerk organisierten Hotlines zusammen; in den USA mit der NCMEC CyberTipline.
Durchsetzung. Konten, die gegen diese Richtlinie verstoßen, werden dauerhaft gesperrt, alle zugehörigen Inhalte werden als forensisches Beweismaterial aufbewahrt und – wo anwendbar – die Strafverfolgungsbehörden informiert. Wir kooperieren vollumfänglich mit rechtmäßigen Auskunftsersuchen.
